I've been using the Dynarex 1341 Disposable UnderPads for several weeks, and they have consistently delivered excellent performance. Each pad measures 17" x 24" and features a 22g fluff fill, providing substantial absorbency for light incontinence needs. The non-skid blue backing ensures the pads stay securely in place, preventing any unwanted shifting during use. Additionally, the pads are sealed on all four sides, effectively containing fluids and protecting sheets, mattresses, and furniture from leaks. Read more

I bought this to be used as puppy pads, but for a senior dog who is incontinent lately. It's so much more cost effective to buy this than the ones that are apparently specifically made for dogs at 5 times the price. It is definitely 100 count but I didn't realize it was gonna be a bit small. I guess I didn't realize what 17 inch x 24 inch to look like. But that's my fault because the seller included the measurement in the description. Since there's so many included in the package, I just use a lot of them to cover the bathroom. The pads hold the pee very well. I have a small dog, so it works for me. I think it will work just as well for a baby because they don't pee as much. I just want to add one more thing because I'm sure some of you are looking at this product to be used for your elderly grandparents/parents/patients. I am not sure how useful these would be for older people. I'm a nurse, so I take care of a lot of older patients who are incontinent. These pads are definitely a lot thinner than the ones used at various hospitals and trust me, hospitals use the cheapest products possible. This is absolutely not gonna hold all of human pee. These pads are also too small for human usage. You would have to layer maybe 4 of these to get the ample amount of coverage under a person. I'm giving it 5 stars because the pads are great for my dog and that's what I bought them for. I will continue to purchase these. Read more

If you need a pad to cover in an adult bed it is too small and thin. For something to sit on as a chair protector, as a backup under adult pull-s, or something to catch incidental spills, it does a good job. It works well as a puppy/dog-pad for a tiny house-bound dog when she meeds to go, to wipe aforementioned adult in pull-ups to make sure there's no moisture left on the skin after an accident left wetness on the skin of the legs and buttocks. And it is an excellent surface to place on a Table-Mate table in the livig room so the visiting nurse has a clean surface to lay her things on (or on the coffee table, or the sofa, etc). It is also a wonderful substitute for a sheet of newspaper for peeling an apple or grapefruit on when eating a snack. Hope this helps someone. I am getting ready to order more simply because they are the smaller size, and the way the inner and outer layers are fused together in such a handy fashion so you can use it with snacks and other wet items on a hobby table in use by someone who isn't bed-bound. So far these pads have been the better than the more expensive ones. I bought the larger sized ones because I have to cover a large area as my dog does not understand the reason for these pads. He is old and incontinent, so I keep in in the kitchen when I can't be there to watch him and I line the floor where he is with them, so I'm using about 4 side by side. They absorb a good amount of his pee accidents. So far they have only leaked through once. I don't know how they work with people on beds, which is their intended purpose, but I'd imagine they'd be just okay. My dog is a Cairn Terrier, about 20lbs, so he probably doesn't pee as much as a person, but he does pee alot because he's on steroids which make him very thirsty and you know what happens next... I can tell you, if you are looking for privacy shipping..these aren't for you (I don't care because they're for my dog)! They obviously don't care about peoples privacy at all, they ship in a big white box with the name of the contents written all over it! I have bought Northshore bed pads for my dog and they never shipped like that, they shipped in a plain brown box and inside there was a card about privacy etc. BUT they didn't work quite as well as these ones do. These are also cheaper and there are more in a box then the other's I have bought. I will continue to use these ones as long as their prices continue to be reasonable! **UPDATE: Just bought these again, same quality as before, seriously fast shipping! I ordered them around 3am on Jan 3rd, they arrived Jan 4th! Estimated del. was the 9th. I used standard free shipping and this is not prime eligible. Read more
