Be sure to purchase low wattage bulbs because there are a lot of them and it will be super bright. I had this professionally installed and there were no complaints from the guys. These were an exact size match to what I already had but in a beautiful finish! Installation is beyond simple as well. My only complaint is one of them was slightly separated at the corner joint where the edges meet. Not noticeable once installed but for the price I would like to see better quality. First one received was double-packed, but I returned it because of a small bend on one corner. Second one was also double-packed, bent on TWO corners, and at least 7 chipped off pieces of the ceramic bulb insulators floating around in the box. I tapped the bends straight and replaced the bulb sockets with new parts before installing. Read more

This had very similar Dimensions as the fixture that I had that looked like it but was an old yucky chrome. We replaced the whole fixture with one light but with the next we just got a little bit lazy and took the cover off of the old fixture and put this new one on top of it. It was a little tight in spots but still fit over it and I didn't have to repaint! I didn't have to turn off Breakers or stop any of the lights. Now that means that I'm using my old wiring but this was still cheaper than trying to buy a replacement cover somewhere else. I gave the old cover and the new fixture to our Habitat for Humanity store so they could sell it to somebody again. Read more
