Defective Unit - Seller Charged 90% Restocking Fee After False Accusation
The Dyson fan from seller Square Four was defective: it provided no cooling and negligible airflow. Upon return, they first falsely claimed I sent the wrong item. When confronted with UPS documentation, they imposed a 90% restocking fee for their faulty product. This is not an isolated incident. A pattern of identical reviews confirms this is a deliberate strategy by Square Four to profit by selling defective units and then blocking refunds through false claims and predatory fees. Best purchase of the year
Even on sale this was a lot of money to commit to this purchase. But I absolutely love it. My bedroom is the warmest/hottest place in my house in the summer.
