Item is not in "Excellent" condition like I selected but does seem to be in good working order so far, with many cosmetic defects such as scratches and paint missing. Read more
DO NOT BUY!
Do NOT buy from this seller. This 399.00 item worked well for only a few days and quit entirely after 2 weeks. The seller said-return to Amazon but amazon would not take it back or give me a refund. Dyson says the seals are shot and it cannot be repaired. So, all faith lost in Amazon Read more

Terrible experience. The vacuum arrived all scratched, full of dents, hair in the brushes, defective filter sensor, and the worst smell. The seller refused to do anything about it as they said “the item was described as used and it’s state was good according to Amazon’s policy”. Read more
