I prefer more oily than waxy lip balm. This one said it had oil moisture without stickiness and it is as advertised. Feels good going on chapped lips and your lips do not stick together. They immediately feel better! I selected Happy wanting something not too dark or orange. Much less expensive than what I used last year and the color is very pretty and your lips look moist not dry and thin. I'm not a lipstick person, or even chapstick, but I bought this as a gift, and decided to keep it instead. I was curious. The application is smooth. It has the feeling of a chapstick. I love the tinted transparency of it! I bought shade Estatic and I absolutely love the color! I want to buy different shades now! The lighter shade in the pictures is one coat, waited a bit then added a second coat which darkened it.
