This was a miracle kit! I worked on one ear at a time. Let it soak in for 5 minutes and then hit it with warm water and it didn't remove the blockage (big). So I put in more drops. Now I worked the other ear. Waited and cleared up the 2nd ear well. Went back to the first ear and blasted it with the bulb and warm water. A large blob came out! My advice is keep working it and it really works!!! Read more

I bought this out of desperation. I couldn't hear due to wax build up and my doctor could not fit me in for over a week to do an ear clean out. I'm giving this 3 stars even though the drops didn't work because the rest of the kit worked wonders. I tried hydrogen peroxide per my doctor's recommendation after these drops didn't work. I then used the bulb with warm water as instructed and it worked. You have to run the water a few times through, but it will get out even large balls of ear wax. The scraper is nice for the last bits or to help get some out that's stuck. The stopper on the scraper helps so it does not go too far in, which is nice. Read more

So glad we found this product. My daughter had a lot of build up in her ear we thought she had an ear infection, or pediatrician told us to try this and so glad we did! Sure enough, we got a clump of wax out of her ears. So happy we found this. So easy to use too. Read more
This removed so much gunk from my son’s ears. He actually said “Mom, I can hear better!” Although it works well, the end of the scoop tool bends quite a bit. I get the need for it to be flexible, but I wish it were a little stronger or a different shape to more effectively get stuff out. Read more
Instructions says to put a few drops in your ear. I am unable to get any drops to come out of the bottle. After not being able to get any in ear I just tried to get a few drops on my desk, nothing came out. I can't tell if the bottle if empty or if the product has just dried up. I even cut the tip off the nozzle and still nothing comes out. Read more
