I have a 20 pound mini goldendoodle and these are by far his favorite toys ever! He loves any and all types of balls but only grabs for these now! When we first got them he actually dreamed about them at night and immediately ran and looked for them first thing in the morning, until we started letting him sleep with them! Based on the photos they looked like a styrofoam material but are more of a rubber material. My dog is not very destructive and these have held up well! My dogs love it and it's a lot safer than a tennis ball which they chew to bits in minutes. My dogs have damaged it some but while there are bite marks they haven't managed to break it apart. It bounces great and is lightweight. My dogs (45-65 lbs) are really enjoying running around with it and playing keep away. This ball is large enough for my 65lb dog to put it in his mouth and squeeze but large enough I don't have to worry about him swallowing it (and most of the time it's hanging half out of his mouth). Our dog is an extreme chewer, and when I say extreme, I mean really extreme. He destroys “indestructible” toys within minutes. Kong Black is the most robust Kong line and it’s for extreme chewers and we’ve had to make a claim on two products now. He has destroyed two indestructible toys in the same day. He’s obsessed with balls and hasn’t let go of this thing since we gave it to him over a week ago and it is still going strong! I am honestly blown away because it feels like it’s just Styrofoam, but this toy has outlasted every other toy we’ve ever bought him. There are some dents in it from his teeth, but nothing compromising the structure or integrity of the Toy. I just bought another box because he loves this ball so much, he even sleeps with it. A complete waste of money. These balls do absolutely nothing. They’re not durable. They don’t squeak and they’re so small. I’m afraid my dog would swallow them. I did put in for a refund, but Amazon says it’s not eligible. Read more

This ball is light and bounces easily, the dog loves it. The ball is well made. The rubber didnt smell, and this ball has survived the dogs chewing and knawing. I would recommend, it was purchased for a highly active jack russell terrior. Read more
