These 40w bulbs came, all working and not broken. They are not as bright as the 40 w bulbs I had in my chandelier prior. I would probably gotten the 60w. I have a dimmable switch, but not for LEDs if that makes a difference, so the bulbs are bright or dim, no middle setting. This is ok for our use in our dining room. Read more
It takes a while for these lamps to warm up. The first time I turned them on the light was low and I decided to send them back. I had left them in my chandelier and the next day when I turned them on, they were brighter. So, I assume they need a warmup to be used. I decided to keep them.
