Lackluster shine.
I am no stranger to polishing shoes, and have been able to get a mirror like shine with kiwi on my uniform leathers. I picked up the eagle polish wax to get a shine on some new shoes i purchased as a gift. I worked on these shoes for about 6hrs and have yet to notice a difference. Keep in mind these shoes were brand new, i was expecting it to take some time to build up the layers. I do not recommend if you intend on getting a military level shine, but for a quick on and buff it may help.. i would recomend using a cream instead as many creams have a higher plosh and offer the leather more beneficial minerals and hydration. Clear polish comes in handy for odd colors
I've got plenty of black polish, but lately I've always collected a number of unusual color boots. That's where the clear polish comes in. Normally I wouldn't get a kit, but I realized all of my polish stuff has black all over it. So, it's quite handy to have some fresh items I will keep with the clear.
