Update: Again updating my rating. 5 stars. Not only did the company address my concerns, they updated their product by making the motor stronger and the blades seem to cut better. After the model upgrades, they sent me a new one to try. Very pleased with the new upgraded model and the willingness for Emma to work with me to get complete satisfaction. Recommend this model. Update: I am going to change the rating to a 4 star only because of the great customer service follow up due to the 3 star review of the product. Emma has offered a full refund which I declined. She did submit my comments to the engineering team. They apparently made a stronger motor and sharper blades, but was unable to do anything with the sensitive switch unless a full remodel was made. Emma even said she would send me a version of the new design, at which time, it might change my rating to a 5 star, but for now it stays a 4. It works, but not as well as I would have liked for thicker eyebrows and nose hairs. Takes some manipulation to get them cut, and it often pulls the hairs. I do like that it recharges and it keeps a charge for a fairly long time. I have been using it frequently for two weeks and the battery is still full. The on/off switch could use some engineering as it is easy to turn on and off while using. Overall a good value. Read more

Update: Seller reached out to me and did full reimbursement without having me return the item. While my review of the item still holds true i am happy that they were very receptive of my comments and vowed to change the design of charging stand and accessories in future updates. I am leaving my original comment and will update my review in a few months and hope i have positive things to say about this unit Accessories look and feel cheaply made. The charging station is made of thin plastic like the ones lids are made out of at gas stations. Much inferior from Remington and Panasonic (which btw faild within a year or two) i have had in the past. I am going to keep since i have used it, hoping if will last. After two months of limited use (i trim my eyebrows about once every 2 weeks) it has ceased to cut anymore. The unit still turns on and it's fully charged but it will NOT trim my eyebrows at all any longer. The blade isn't moving at all it just turns on and buzzes loudly. My last eyebrow trimmer lasted a solid 10 years. This one lasted all of 2 months and was used less than a handful of times before dying. I originally posted this after it did indeed die after only a few uses - however, the company did reach out to me and offer a replacement or refund. I selected refund and was refunded shortly thereafter so they do at least stand behind their product which was appreciated. I raised my star rating from 1 Star to 3 Stars as a result. Read more

I purchased several similar products over the years, and although most seem to work well when brand-new, their performance degrades quickly. Will this one be the exception to the rule? I hope so. For the time being, it's performing flawlessly, providing precision grooming in all advertised areas. I appreciate that it's rechargeable (no more replacing depleted batteries!), and the device has a solid, ergonomic feel to it, painlessly doing its job. So far, so good! Read more
