Bought this to replace a high dollar version I had previously that failed. I wanted something that was less expensive this time since I didn't get the overall life expectancy out of the other one like I had hoped. This one seemed to be well spec'd out for the money so I decided to give it a shot. It arrived in good condition. The packaging is nice but not over the top. Very much in line with the price tag if not slightly better. Packing isn't as important to me and what's more important is what's inside. It includes the trimmer itself, a small cleaning brush and a USB cable that is USB-A to USB-C (yea!) thankfully. Most all of my devices these days are USB-C these days so it's nice to use the same cable with all of my devices and makes traveling easier. The trimmer itself is lightweight. This is nice for using it as it doesn't feel like I'm going to drop it. I haven't had much long with lightweight items seeming to last as long as heavier ones so time will tell if that's the case here or not. It feels to be made well though so I don't really take the lighter weight to be a bad sign. I like that it's rechargeable and doesn't require messing with replacing batteries. It's not overly loud and does a good job of trimming. No concerns of pulling hairs or nicking the skin as the safety guards appear to be of appropriate dimensions. I have used variations of this type of trimmer for years. Some are better than others. I really liked this trimmer- Its stylish, comes with a blade cover and does NOT require battery changeouts- just plug it in to recharge- all self contained. The package includes the trimmer itself, a small cleaning brush and a USB-A to USB-C chord. The weight and balance just feels right. These trimmers are NOT overly complex mechanisms. The only unknown is the quality of the blade. Nose and ear hairs can be pretty tough on edges and over time they will dull - guaranteed! This tool is actually very quiet. I have another brand and in comparison this one sounds about 1/2 as loud. Only gripe- THE USB-C charging aspect is a little finicky. I plugged it into my wall mounted USB charging block and could not get a charging connection. Changed out to multiple chords known to work but no joy. Substitute the included chord and it worked fine-- so don't throw out the short one that it comes with until you verify it works with your other power sources. I have a hidden USB Charger in my bathroom that I use to charge other appliances- it works on everything but this. Don't know why.
