This is a well constructed stainless steel tweezer with an easy grip handle. It says in the description that this is made for ear wax removal. Any doctor would most likely strongly discourage this as putting something hard near your ear drum could be dangerous and a person end up with a punctured ear drum. It also says in the description that this has a light. It does not which is why I took off one star for the review.
