This item arrived fast! Easy to set up and use. Unlike similar products, I had no discomfort while using this item. There was some leaking at first, user error as I hadn’t tightened the ear applicator all the way on (I snapped it on but didn’t twist it). It was an easy fix once realized. This is basically the same thing an audiologist would use to loosen ear wax but they can reach in and pull any plugs of wax out. Easy to use but would require very frequent use for some of us with dry wax removal. I find just letting warmer water from the shower wash your ears out works better for me. The warm water melts the wax and the pressure forces it out. Read more

IT WORKS! I use earbuds a lot and because of that I tend to have a lot of wax building up. One day after taking my earbuds out I could not hear almost anything out of my left ear.
