In order to use this junk, you must get the app to operate it on your device (IPhone for me). It will not connect!!!! It is totally useless! My I phone will not recognize this ear cleaner as a device so it will not work. I wouldn’t have even given it 1 star. I guess I’m old school because I can’t understand WHY an ear cleaner would need an app to connect it to your phone to operate!!!!!! I will be returning it. Read more
