First of all it's very poorly made. Low quality. Second, it didn't work for me. I have pressure building in my ears and this device doesn't alleviate it one iota. Third, I've just discovered it is a non-returnable item. I figured, even though it's expensive as all get out, I'd buy it, try it and if it didn't work, return it. It's not like I did anything with it other than hold it next to my ear. I didn't stick it inside my ear. This seems like a scam to me. Market a snake-oil-like product in a category (Personal Care Items) that's unreturnable and make lots of money off of peoples misery. Thanks all to pieces. Read more

Honestly this is a great product! For the past couple of days there has been water in my right ear that was stuck, and it was driving me crazy.
