The are comfortable, wire easy to hook on. The jury is out about how much this helps. But I will say that I used to wake up with some knee and hip pain, but now I don't. Coincidence? Maybe, but this surely is a no risk thing to try. Read more
It took a few days before I noticed a real change in my sleep pattern but now I sleep through the night. I also don’t have leg cramps anymore, and the pain I had in my left hip when sleeping on my side is gone. I do agree that the feel is a little rough (comparing it to burlap is a bit harsh) and if the sheet was an inch bigger all the way around it would fit on the mattress better. However, I bought an elastic band made specifically to anchor a contour sheet and that has helped. I would give it five stars except for the fit. Read more
