I’ve been using the Earthbound Grounding Sheets for a couple of days now, and I genuinely feel a difference in my sleep quality. The organic cotton is soft and breathable, and the silver fiber is barely noticeable but does the job. The deep pockets fit my king mattress perfectly with no slipping or bunching. Found them to be soft, comfortable, and refreshing to sleep on. They create a sense of well-being throughout the night but it might be a placebo. Since I started using them, quality of my sleep has improved—I wake up feeling more rested but still need to do my regular routine. The are comfortable, wire easy to hook on. The jury is out about how much this helps. But I will say that I used to wake up with some knee and hip pain, but now I don't. Coincidence? Maybe, but this surely is a no risk thing to try. Read more

It took a few days before I noticed a real change in my sleep pattern but now I sleep through the night. I also don’t have leg cramps anymore, and the pain I had in my left hip when sleeping on my side is gone. I do agree that the feel is a little rough (comparing it to burlap is a bit harsh) and if the sheet was an inch bigger all the way around it would fit on the mattress better. However, I bought an elastic band made specifically to anchor a contour sheet and that has helped. I would give it five stars except for the fit. Read more
