I am soooooo happy I decided to purchase the 3 piece with 1 ottoman. I was skeptical because I have never owned or sat on a boneless sofa before. But this exceeded my expectations. The size is actually so much bigger. And the depth is incredible making it so cozy and a place to relax and take the best naps. I purchased the “brown” but it’s definitely a deep, but beautiful orange. The height is perfect for even tall people. Be aware that the pieces did not deliver all at once. It was a risk because I’ve never bought a foam sofa let alone one I’ve never tested in person before. The 4 standalone compressed sections are the only way we could fit a big sofa into our tiny house. It firmed up within a few hours and the cushions are getting puffier. It’s soft, roomy, firm and cozy. All the cushions have removable zipper covers which will be nice for washing. My cats already love it and I couldn’t be happier! I'm glad I read the reviews before buying. Let me start by saying I was super nervous about buying a couch online for the first time, I usually prefer to try it out first, but boy am I glad I did. I got a 7 seat sectional with 2 ottomans in the "brown" color choice. When I started unboxing I was afraid I made a huge mistake, but I found comfort in knowing I had read a review saying the same so I held on to hope. The color was more of what I would call a rust or terracotta and the pieces do take a little while to expand (they start out small but having a fan helps). After 24 hrs you should be able to get an idea of what its going to look and feel like. I did have a middle section box contain an ottoman instead of a middle section, but the company has shipped me a replacement and let me keep the extra one. The color isnt something that I would have chosen myself, but its growing on me and I think I can make it work. Overall I'm happy with my product and the company customer support team and I would recommend. Also the seats are huge! I can sit with my legs crossed or curl up comfortably and only take up 1 seat, I'm 5'6" for reference. Read more

We bought the white loveseat with ottoman, the brown loveseat, and the brown 3 piece couch with ottoman. I’ll be honest: when you first unbox these, you have a moment of pure panic. They look flat, a little sad, and you immediately wonder what mistake you just made, especially since you’ve already opened the box and can’t return it. But trust the process. We fluffed them every time we walked by. We didn’t sit on them for about three days so they could fully expand. By the end of that stretch, they looked completely different. Now I’m thrilled with how they turned out. They’re durable, comfortable, and have a deep seat that makes it easy to relax. The best way I can describe it is a firm beanbag that still hugs your body. I was worried they’d feel too firm or awkward, but the comfort really surprised me. The more I sit on them, the more I like them. I keep nodding off on them, which tells you everything. I’ve even slept on one. I woke up with a little neck stiffness, but I’m pretty sure that was just the angle I fell asleep in, not the couch itself. The fabric is soft and plush. We have cats and their hair barely shows. Whatever does show brushes off quickly. One of our loveseats arrived with a tear on the right facing arm and a gash on the back. I reached out to the seller and they shipped a replacement immediately with no hassle. The customer service alone deserves five stars. If you’re on the fence because there aren’t many reviews, I get it. I was skeptical too. But I’m extremely pleased with both the product and the support behind it.
