I love these! I got them to wear to work in the New England snow. They are pretty water tight and very comfortable once on. Getting them on though is kind of tricky. I need to use a screwdriver through the loop to pull them on, because the loop is too small get my finger through! I'm OK with this because once my boots are on, they are on all day. So not a big deal to me, but might be a big deal to others. I'd buy them again for sure. I had these in red already, and I love them, so I was eager to get them in black too. They hurt the front of my calves just a little for the first couple days as they broke in, but it didn't take long for them to break in. I have sensitive feet and use custom orthotics or inserts in my shoes. I am able to put my inserts in these boots so they are pretty comfortable, even for my bad feet. They are perfect for daily wear to work. I can my regular straight fit pants straight down covering the top of the boot, or I can wear slim fitting pants and roll them up once so they hit the top of the boot. Very cute either way. I thought the brown heel with black boot would annoy me, but it doesn't at all. It looks cute and I think I actually prefer the heel not be black. This boot is beautiful and seems to be good quality, but I could barely get it on my foot, and the front of the boot digs into my ankle. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with larger ankles. Read more

Save yourself an urgent care visit, and go with a sturdier shoe that will last longer. I liked the look of these boots, and they were comfortable at first. I wore them for less than a month before the heel cracked and broke. The inside appears to be nearly hallow, making it unsupportive. When it cracked, the corner of the heel compressed, and it caused my ankle to roll. I wanted to love these boots, but I just cant wear something that will break down that quickly (and easily!). I'm literally 2 days outside of the return window. Learn from my mistakes-Spend your money on a more durable boot, not an ankle brace. Read more
I had bought this exact pair almost 2 years ago for work. Mine were on their last leg and I was overjoyed to find them again on Amazon. I do remember them being hard to break in initially and the cuffs rubbed my ankles raw if I didn't wear adequate socks or pants to cover my legs from that but once they were broken in they could not have been more comfortable. I wear them primarily at work where I'm on my feet for the majority of my 10 hr shift. It has good arch support and my feet were never sore at the end of the day.
