Farmhouse Style Runner with a Slightly Synthetic Texture
I like the design of the LORWER Scalloped Jute Runner — it has a nice farmhouse modern look that fits well on my wrap around porch. The size is perfect for narrow spaces like kitchens and entryways. It’s also easy to clean and non-slip, which is a big plus. However, the material looks a bit more plastic-like than I expected from a jute rug. It doesn’t have that natural, soft texture I was hoping for. If you’re looking for something that looks more like traditional woven jute, this might not be the best choice. Perfect jute alternative! I love the look of jute but not the fact it is forever shedding!! There are so cute with the scalloped edges and are as pictured. For the price I feel like you cannot beat it, plus it’s a win that I can use our vacuum on them without it sucking it up or messing it up etc. no slip back is also a huge plus so no need for a rug pad!
