I have never been a good flosser. I have used water flossers, but felt it was not always strong enough. My dilemma has always been that I have a permanent retainer behind my bottom front teeth so I never was able to use regular floss like I wanted to. My orthodontist would give me these threaders for my braces as a kid, a little pack of 5 or so. It hadn't occurred to me that I could use these for my bottom front teeth. I thought they would be really expensive too since my ortho would only give me five each appointment! I found these on here in bulk which made me really happy because it seems gross to me now to reuse them. This was the largest pack I could find and should last me about 9 months. They even have little cases so you can keep them clean on the bathroom counter or take them in your purse. They are super easy to use and now I can use actual floss and really get in there!
