I’m a longtime Bando Bag carrier, but I’m quite glad I upgraded to the Fade Flex. Fits all of my various firearms with a bit of room to spare, without being massively bulky. Still very comfortable to wear around. My only complaint is the buckle/clasp, which feels flimsy. Having the excess strap tucked away in its own pocket and not flopping around was a smart call. It’s a great bag. Buy one. Read more

Perfect waist or shoulder pouch. I fit a full size Glock 17 with threaded barrel and a Holosun sight along with one magazine. On the inside zippered pouch I put a cat tourniquet. The outside pouch holds a Benchmade SCOP dagger, a can of Fox spray, a Gerber mini multi tool, a Klarus flashlight, a Resqume seatbelt cutter and two fabric handcuffs. In the inside zipper I have a write in the rain note book and pen. I would suggest getting a seperate holster to have a more secure trigger guard to avoid any accidents. Comfortable to wear easy to access. Smaller waist packs will not allow enough room without adding additional bulk which makes things uncomfortable. Unused waist belt is stored in the pocket in the back. I would suggest watching youtube videos or visiting the Eberlestock web site. Great people who will answer the phone or emails in a timely manner. Highly recommend investment. Waist pack does not draw attention like most "tactical" packs. Read more

Expensive, and still a great value for the money. Very high quality, and well constructed. Wide, sturdy belt. Adjusts easily. Holds a full size pistol with 5” barrel with ease. Great job on the T-handle zipper pull for quick and easy access. Others won’t be scared and will have nod idea you’re carrying. Comfortable to wear. Read more

I'm taking off one star because the Fade Flex is not ready to CCW out of the box. If you look at the pictures on Amazon, you will see the gun secured in a Kydex holster with the holster secured to the bag with a Velcro adaptor, none of which comes with the bag. Now, I don't expect Eberlestock to provide Kydex holsters, but they should provide the Velcro attachment to secure Kydex holsters to the bag. What they do provide is a small Velcro sleeve that tightly fits around the trigger guard. It is so tight that it needs to be tugged and fitted onto the gun around the trigger guard and they the Velcro can be attached to the bag. Yes, this will hold the gun in the bag and the gun can be drawn, but it cannot be reholstered without taking out the sleeve and again tugging and pulling the sleeve back onto the gun. It's not hard to provide an adjustable Velcro strap that can hold most Kydex holsters. Besides, if I buy a new car, I expect to drive it off the lot, not have to buy tires separately so I can actually use the car. Same with a CCW bag. I should be able to easily attach my Kydex holster to the supplied Velcro strap and be able to immediately CCW. Instead, I needed to buy a separate adjustable Velcro strap from Amazon and need to wait an extra week. The bag itself looks really nice, and it feels like a quality product. But I cannot understand the mentality of failing to provide that one little thing to that will make the unboxing a great experience. Eberlestock should take a lesson from TV manufacturers who provide batteries for the remote control so their customers can immediately start watching TV. Read more

Previously picked up the Bando XL, but it didn't really complement my personal style (though it was super handy). The Fade Flex not only meets my needs just as well, but also looks sharp. Not a huge fan of off body carry, but sometimes it's the most sensible option, especially in non-permissive environments. And it's pretty great having easy access to first aid, a small toolkit, etc. All in all, well worth the coin and a nice option to have on hand. Works with both my Hellcat Pro Comp (optic, no light) and G45 (irons, TLR-7X). Oh and my wife likes it better so there's that lol. Read more

Very nice. If you are looking for a bag that won't break the bank that can carry small to large handguns this is perfect. I did however order my own velcro attachment for mine that goes inside of the bag but that's only b.c I can't find a holster for my handgun. Other than that this is perfect. IWB can be uncomfortable for all day use. It's very concealed and high quality. It's not very bulky depends on how much you want to carry in the front compartment. Overall this is great! Worth the money! Read more
