I read reviews. Suggestions were to "size UP" on these shoes. I heeded the advice and ordered the 10/10-1/2 and the suggestions were right. Right out of the box, they aren't the most attractive shoes but, if they keep my feet warm and dry in what is turning out to be a snowy, cold winter in the Midwest, I don't care what they look like.
