Comfortable but had some allergic reaction to the fur

At first I liked these boots because they look nice and they are comfortable for hiking. I wore them for few hours hiking and had no problem. They seem to be holding up well and size is true. But my issue is that I have some allergic reactions to the fur. Around my ankle gets itchy when I wear these. Other than that they are nice boots. Read more

Comfortable and perfect for the cold/snow

I absolutely love these boots. My feet are very large because I am tall. These are size 11 women and they fit my feet well. Pros: - I cannot stress enough how soft and amazing the fur part of these shoes are. First they add some flair, second it is comfortable and really protects your feet from getting blisters. They also keep you warm. - They work well in the cold and in the snow without becoming damaged. - They can be kept with the shoelaces off of the top or if you need a tighter fit, you can lace them all the way up to the ankle. I like leaving them further down. - It has nice orange accents. When it is laced all the way up, you can't see the fur as well, but if you leave them down, you can have the fur more visible. - These are very well made and high quality. They seem durable and like they will last over time. Cons: - I haven't run into any so far. I would recommend these snow boots. They are fashionable, comfortable and highly functional. Read more

Ordered a half size larger and it's a good fit

I did that with the thought that these are fleece lined and if I put on winter socks, that I wanted them to be roomy enough. They are - with a pair of thick winter socks, this pair of winter boots fit very well. These are comfortable and very warm, too! The fleece is soft and very warm and the laces seem to give a little so that I can get them tight, but they will give a little when I walk in them. Now, it's fall, so no really bad weather has hit yet and where I live we can have a mild winter, with maybe one good dump of wet snow or a week's worth of -20 weather, but that's when I will need these boots! Tennis shoes just don't do well in 6 inches of wet snow! I wore these for about 30 minutes, walking around, even though my feet were too warm at the time, but I did want to check these out and I am very happy with them. I do have to explain that I have fairly wide feet across the front (the bone just below my toes is wide) but my heel section is very narrow, so I do have trouble keeping shoes on from time to time. That is why I chose a half size larger - with thick socks, the wide part of my foot is even wider. The laces with a bit of give allow me to have the ankle area tight enough so my heel does not slip out. Anyway, that's just my own issue with shoes. If you have "normal" feet, you may not need a half-size larger like me! Read more
