Worth it for price and ergonomics compared to Logitech MX Vertical

I use this mouse for work, the clicks are semi silent, and it works as intended. The blue LED does not look very clean with only clusters of blue and not a strip, but I do not even turn the LED light on most of the time (there is a switch to turn lights on and off). I am making this review because I recently bought the Logitech MX Vertical and surprisingly enough, I prefer this mouse to the way more expensive one. It fits in my hand a lot better with the curves and the back and forward buttons are lower down making them easier to push without moving my thumb. The build is not as professional as the Logitech Vertical but being able to buy this mouse 5 times over for the same cost is alright for me. The battery life is pretty good; I turn it off once I leave work and on when I come back and I usually charge it once every 45 days. Fingerprints are noticeable on the mouse especially if you have oily fingers, but a simple wipe gets rid of them. tl;dr This mouse for its price point is very good and worth it. Compared to the Logitech MX Vertical, I honestly prefer this mouse given it hugs my hand a lot better. Read more

Game changer.

Takes a little while to get used to, but this mouse has helped tremendously in relieving my tendonitis pain. I've been using it every business day for about 7 months and I've had little or no pain for at least 5 months. Rechargeable battery lasts a very long time between charges. I have absolutely no complaints with this mouse, and I am finally looking forward to golfing again! Read more

Great mouse!

I originally bought this "gaming" mouse for my personal computer. Problem is it didn't work with my computer because my keyboard and mouse use the same USB dongle. So when I inserted the mouse the keyboard wouldn't work. No problem. I use if for my work laptop and it's great. Very comfortable. I also like that I can charge it (no need to replace batteries) and it's blue tooth. happy with my purchase. Read more

It works.

The mouse smoothly moves across the screen. It’s build quality is alright. I dropped it off my desk and it stopped working but alright. While I was using it for casual gaming or working on my computer, it was nice. Now that it’s broken. Not so nice. I wouldn’t use it for competitive gaming. The cable it came with was cheap, so I didn’t use it. Waste to send in my opinion. It is comfortable to use except the bottom buttons on the thumb side. I found it awkward to use those so never did. Customer service doesn't exist. Mouse is just an expensive paperweight

What a piece of horse manure! It worked for all of 3 months max. This is the first time I've ever had to read a owner's manual for a mouse. The owner's manual has super unhelpful instructions for troubleshooting this thing. How it first started: I plug in the dongle. Then turn on the mouse and moved it and after a couple of seconds it works. And that's where the best part ends. I REALLY REALLY want to like this mouse. I enjoy the ergonomics. But it's ability to wake up quickly is horse poop! It got to the point where I turn on my PC and the mouse won't move. And because the instructions on the owner's manual are not crystal clear, I ended up trying to press any and all buttons on the mouse. It really only has 3 lights on the mouse (or atleast that's what I thought. Even when you "reset" the mouse, you can press ANY button and it will make the "indicator" lights blink, but idk if that is indicating that the mouse is switching DPI settings or if the mouse is just messing with me. After several days of it not working, I decided to say with it again and pretend that I love pressing any and all buttons like an idiot. Eventually I have no idea what I did, but I eventually got a green light to light up underneath the scroll wheel. And then shortly after that I got the mouse to work again. Here's what I noticed: I'm using a Windows PC, and the PC easily and always recognize the dongle. But for some reason the mouse was having a hard time recognizing the dongle. I can only assume that it has something to do with the DPI settings. And again the troubleshooting section of the owner's manual truly has no clear way of explaining the way things are supposed to work. Here's how it's supposed to work in a nutshell. "Press the DPI button on the mouse and then scroll through the flashing indicator lights to pick your DPI setting. The faster the flashing the higher the DPI setting" That's basically what it says to do to get your DPI settings to change. Otherwise I said when I reset the mouse I can press any button and those indicator lights underneath the mouse will Flash. So it's really not telling me anything. Here's what the company could do better: Make a video that shows the exact clear and concise steps of how to troubleshoot and go through the DPI settings as well as any other issues that the mouse might have. And I mean a video that shows both pressing the button and what the flashing lights are supposed to look like for each DPI setting as well as how to reset the mouse and what that would look like. Maybe make a video but sometresing heading all the buttons and how that blows to make the indicator lights Flash. Finally the green light that I saw underneath the scroll wheel.... That was the first and only time I ever saw it. In the end this mouse is just an expensive paperweight. It no longer works. It won't even charge. Like I said I really wanted to like this mouse. Maybe, just maybe I got a bad mouse. Maybe the charging port doesn't work anymore. Idk. I even sent an email to the company through their website and no one ever contacted me. So much for customer care. Read more

Love this mouse

I absolutely love this mouse. It works perfectly and the movement is precise and can be adjusted and when you click it actually clicks easily and on the item intended even when working a massive spreadsheet with tiny cells. I purchased a different brand for the office thinking it was this brand and I can tell you, not all vertical mouses are equal. I would highly recommend this one! Read more
