Works great. Very sturdy and has excellent length, making it easy to reach all the way across the windshield. The brush is strong and doesn’t feel flimsy, and the scraper is very effective at breaking up ice without struggling. The ergonomic foam grip is comfortable to hold, even in freezing weather. So first of all, I don't know what the heck was on this box but I scraped it all off with a paper towel after I had decided I need to return this. It does appear to be built pretty decently, and if the ice scraper part had fit into the pole and snapped in, I would have kept this product. But if you look at the pictures, both the ice scraper and the other pole have the same end so they're NEVER going to mesh. The brush head and the pole fit together great. The little piece didn't stick up very well but you could still push on it and remove the pole from the brush head. I think i'm going to do 2.5 stars just because it seems like a decent quality but it is unusable the way it came to me :( Ohh, and I forgot to mention the coolest thing?! It CAME in a BRIGHT ORANGE BAG!!! I wanted to keep it just for the bag, lol, but cannot on principle. Read more
