I purchased this mat because I wanted something that had a bit more cushion to give me peace of mind. My baby started sitting and would occasionally throw himself back. I like the thickness of the mat, thee fact that its foldable, and that it can easily be wiped down. My baby is still learning how to crawl and sit independently. This mat fits our playpen perfectly. I initially tried using those colorful puzzle floor mats, but of course baby girl took no time to tear those up. This mat is perfect as baby can’t rip it up, it is easy to clean, the padding is more comfortable, and it has been durable. Read more

This mat is one of the best and most useful purchases I have made for my baby. What I love: 1. It's very thick. My son has just learned to sit and he's fallen on it multiple times and hasn't gotten hurt. 2. It's easy to clean. Puddles of drool or baby spit up are no problem. There is no texture (it appears to be vinyl) which means I can just quickly wipe it clean. 3. It folds up. You can either fold it into quarters (to do this you have to detach the Velcro part) or fold it in half. I just slide it under my couch for storage. Very easy. 4. It doesn't slide around all over the place. It stays where I put it. All around it is a safe and clean place for my baby to play and I think it's worth the price. I had bought a puzzle play mat that got great reviews and it turned out to be flimsy and basically worthless for my purposes. This thing will probably last for years. Read more

I was looking for a tummy time mat for my infant son and was a bit hesitant to spend $100, but it's totally worth it. Fits perfectly in his nursery, it's easy to clean, and conveniently folds up. These are the perfect play mats for babies and toddlers! My twins use them every day and they are very durable and high quality. Love how easily they wipe down and fold up.
