Perfect! My laptop cooling pad had a sharp front edge that has cut and scratched my arms frequently, for years. NOT ANY MORE! I've covered the sharp edges with this and it's awesome! A perfect solution and it feels solid and firm, I doubt it will fall off. It fit perfectly and was simple to cut. I cut it with my woodsman knife, but I bet I could have cut it with regular scissors. Good stuff. The yellow taps on the inside can be distracting and make the application look tacky but otherwise works well for sharp surface covering. The clips get lose and fall off in some areas so I would apply some mild weathership adheasive to keep in place. Read more
Great item for what it was needed for, used on a tailgate table and it does exactly what I required it to do kept the tabel from rubbing itself, stopped rattling and helped it to look better. I installed on a 3/16" piece of plexiglass. It was really tight, even with soapy water, but went on eventually. I tapped it on the final bit with a ball peen hammer. There are a series of c clips that are embedded in the rubber that give it its shape and clamp onto the item being protected. If you attempt to cut and hit one of these C shaped spring clips, stop what you're doing and move over a little and try again. You can't cut through them with a HSS hacksaw. When I initially tried to cut it to length, I put a pretty good flat spot in the edge of my spyderco pocket knife. So the clips are pretty hard. Otherwise, it is exactly as pictured. Read more
