Medium size fits very well for my posture. (183 cm H X 77kg Weight.) Interior CCW hook and loop platform not needed but is not at all hindering. Overall a usefull vest for travel and outdoors activity. Thumbsup. Velcro for most pockets so accept the noise when opening. Read more
