My house is under construction in these pics, but regarding the pants, these are quite well made and exceeded my expectations. The material is a nice quality and they are not thin. In fact, these will be perfect for fall and winter because they have a soft, warm inner lining. No cold legs. And they are absolutely stunning - the red is rich and the pattern is beautiful. Fit: these are designed as a skinny tapered fit and they run a bit snug. I normally wear a 29 in jeans and I ordered the M, which is listed as 29.5 - these are tight around my waist. I’m 5’4” about 135 lbs. You don’t want them loose, but I probably could have gone with the L as I have a sprinter’s behind. LOL. They are not too tight to be uncomfortable, but sizing up is good here if you want more breathing room. The material has a very slight stretch, so not real forgiving, although it does offer tummy support. Oddly, the inner tags show a sizing discrepancy - the waistband shows M, which I ordered. The inner tag shows S, which would be too small. Measurements reveal they’re about 15” outer diameter, so it’s pretty consistent with M. Provides stronger reason to size up, though, as there’s not much give. Care: dry clean and hand wash only. That’s a pain, but you don’t want these to shrink or be destroyed in the washing machine. I am 5'5", 133lb, Size 2/4 with a muscular build. I ordered a size small. The size chart is lacking in details and is frustrating so I just ordered the smallest possible. I want to love these but they don't work for me. As stated, I am muscular so these are much too tight in my thighs which can honestly be a problem for me anyways and may not be the fault of the pant. However they are huge in my waist and too wide in the ankle. The look beautiful and good quality... exactly like the picture! Length is good. Zipper is nice and for the price of $30, they do seem like a good deal if they fit. They have a fleece lining in them which I think will get too hot but if you prefer to be cozy, these are definitely cozy. They are not comfortable however as they have no stretch and are actually really hard to sit in and make a lot of noise when you walk. The rise of the waist is too high and awkward and it bunches weird in the crotch. Overall the sizing is just too strange. I can't imagine a body type that would fit these the way they are structured. These leggings surprised me in the best way! I was worried they’d look cheap or that the zipper would make them feel tacky, but they’re actually super flattering and have a sexy, high-end vibe. I was really excited about these pants and they were so cute. They fit true to size (I'm a size 8 and the large were tight but not too tight); have a fleece inner lining (which is definitely warm considering the non-breathable faux leather exterior so I'd highly advise to not wear these on a hot day) which is soft and comfortable; and the pleather is textured so the snakeskin is more realistic which is cool. So why two stars? Well they ripped along the seam significantly after only wearing them once. All I did was go out to dinner with my family, stop by a drugstore, and back to my grandma's for dessert, and when I got up the top layer was coming apart. So disappointed. My husband said we can use the fabric for crafts at least lol so I won't just throw it away. But I'm sad I only got to wear them once. Lastly, this isn't really a drawback but merely a suggestion: it would be great to add a hook at the top of the zipper so it stays in place when you move around. Read more
