Great Product

Cover is disappointing
Cover pills up. Also very slippery. Whenever I move or the dog bumps it, it slides all over the place. Read more
I keep it on the couch for my lower back while sitting
The neck roll pillow I got is 18 inches long with a diameter size of 4 inches. The memory foam feels firm, especially in the morning when my room is cooler. After a few hours of use, it softened up a bit and conformed more to the back of my neck. I sleep with it under my neck and also behind my lower back while sitting. In both positions, it gives me a noticeable level of support and pain relief. I don’t think it’s meant to replace a full-sized pillow, but it does help maintain alignment. The cover has a slightly cool feel. I can open the zipper of the cover and take it off and wash it. I didn't find any tag inside with material composition or care instructions. I keep it on the couch now for my lower back while sitting. I think it works better for that purpose than as a sleep aid. Read more

Soft and cool
This was shorter than I thought but is exactly as advertised. Nice and soft and cool feeling. The texture is nice and comfortable with a zipper to remove and wash as needed. No smell like some products coming from anywhere. It's nice and comfortable. I fell asleep on it pretty quickly. Read more
Good Support, But Can Be Firm
I've been using this Pillow for a little while now, primarily for neck support while sleeping, and it's definitely helped with my usual morning stiffness. The memory foam really does contour nicely to my neck, and the cooling pillowcase is a thoughtful touch, keeping things comfortable throughout the night. I also tried it under my knees once for lower back relief, and it worked surprisingly well for that too, showing its versatility. My only real minor complaint is that the memory foam can get quite firm when my bedroom is on the cooler side, which is a bit of an adjustment. I've found warming it up a bit helps, but it's something to be aware of. Overall, it's a solid bolster pillow, especially if you're looking for targeted support. Read more
