I really love almost every aspect of this toy. The Vibration feature is great, the suction is great. The overall external size is good. I found it most stimulating to put the vibrator in so, the way I hold this, the vibrator meets up with the underside of my member at the tip. Although it fits very snugly inside, the material is very stretchy. I don't mind it not be long enough, since most sensitivity is at the end of my member. One complaint is that there are hard + shaped plastic tabs at the end that are making impression into the material and may end up causing damage to the ABS insert. This toy would be nearly perfect if it wasn't for the defective battery. I get almost one use out of it and then the suction and vibration get weak very quickly. I'm left to getting myself part of the way before I can switch to using this which is semi frustrating. If there was a way to replace the battery, I would definitely upgrade it to a quality battery with high MAH. It shows I can still return it, so I may update this if I get one with good batteries (who will be the lucky on to open that return box?). I hope others get a good battery. Okay, so they did accept the return (05/08/2023). Before returning, I decided to perform a test. I charged both units up, gave the batteries a few hours to cool down. I turned both of them on at the same time. High vibration and regular suction. No load on either of them. I just laid them down and let them run side by side. My first purchase ran for 40 minutes, the brand new one ran for 46 minutes. I'm guessing the manufacturers test is no load and low vibration, no suction only in order to get the 1.5hr run time. Second, I tested the new unit using my original sleeve which is still like new condition after 8 uses. The new unit (while under load) performed very poorly and made a lot of noise. I think the product consistency is very poor. The company needs a way to test their products under load because they act MUCH differently than when empty. I can see why the reviews are hit/miss. I will also say that it is very important to follow manufacturer instructions for cleaning and re-powdering the outside of the unit before re-using. The powder makes the insert perform correctly without getting snagged or sucked in on the inside of the sleeve. Also, you MUST carefully turn the sleeve inside out when cleaning. It may appear clean, but even after rinsing many times, after you reverse it and wash the inside, it will still initially feel slick rather than clean. The insert is delicate, but holds up if yours was manufactured correctly and you handle it with a lot of care. I still recommend this product, especially if you get a good performing product. It may even be worth opening up the unit and replacing your battery once it fails if you are capable and your unit functions as expected. Another Update: I'm continuing to experiment with this and I'm using it a little differently. I find that just using this without the battery is still quite nice. I think finding the proper amount of lubrication is important. I have been using vegetable glycerin which has been my "go to" lube for several years. I add a little clear colloidal silver to each small bottle I make as an ultra-safe germicidal. Even small factors like if you have any "pre cm" will affect the lubrication. I have found two new aspects that I like. First, I found that I don't get the "death grip" that I do when using just my hand. I have a very high sx drive and can go many times every day. This really helps because I don't lose the sensitivity that I do when using just my hand. Second, I noticed that the muscles/tendons in my hand are a lot less tight and inflamed after using this for a couple weeks.
