I weigh about 155--160 and I got the extra large because I heard they ran small some said huge.. Not true. I have bought a pair of large from Blair and they're much looser than the extra large in these from Amazon. I'm not complaining they're not too small but just about the size I like. I have to wash them before I wear them because there's always some kind of strange chemicals and all these things causes me to itch. Nothing to do with this particular pajamas at all. I like that they're a little bit thicker just slightly thicker than my other cotton pajamas. These are 95% cotton and 5% spandex which is a higher level of cotton and I like they're a little bit thicker than my Blair ones. You definitely need to size up. But I love the pajamas I've got the one in Gray Michelle usually don't like but they have the eyes and the lipstick kiss and then let's see kisses all over the bottoms. I feel they're very feminine. Who doesn't love the lipstick kisses? I recommend them highly and they're mostly cotton for the price I got! Wow cotton is almost impossible to find this is a lot of cotton and the prices wow was just great. Cotton is hard to find and very expensive. I'm going to enjoy these for years I can tell. I looooooove this loungewear set. Its very soft, it came as advertised appearance-wise, and its very well made. I was a little nervous because Id never ordered from this brand before, but Im extremely satisfied and pleased with my purchase. Ill for sure be ordering from them again. For sizing, Im about 140 ish lbs and ordered a large which fits great. If I wanted a looser fit I could have ordered the extra large. Id advise sizing up to be on the safe side and/or its also a safe bet to go with the size that amzon recommends for you, which for me thus far has been extremely accurate. Normally I am a medium and get large for a looser comfy fit so thats why I brought up advising to possibly size up. Very cute! Haven’t worn to bed yet but they are super comfy and seem like decent quality. I am 5’4”, 140 and ordered a Medium. I like my pjs loose, not fitted. I probably could have even sized up to a large to make them more baggy but as long as they don’t shrink in the wash I think this was the perfect size. I ordered my normal size, an extra-large so the pants fit great, but the shirt was still a little tight. I also thought the pants were a softer material than the shirt, so when I put it on because it fit kind of snug, it made me kind of itchy, so I ended up taking the shirt off and wearing one of my regular t-shirts to substitute. I bought these for a pajama day at my elementary school. I got sooooo many compliments on them. First off, they have pockets. Second, the legs are not super wide giving the wearer a slimmer look. Third, the shirt has some spandex in it (not too much to make you look like a sausage), so you have some nice stretch to it. The material is so soft because of the cotton in it. I LOVE these jammies. 10/10 recommend. I’ll be buying more. They look cute and they feel great. I bought these in tie dye. I had perviously purchased a different pair from another brand based on reviews of being soft and stretchy and I found they didn’t breathe which caused me to get sweaty through the night.
