This is supposed to be velour. If it is, well it is a very very very low-quality Velour. It doesn't feel like velour. It is rough to the touch and not smooth at all. The fit is true to size and fits well. I'm just disappointed in the feel of the fabric/material. It is a decent thickness. The color is just like in the picture.
