I love the feel and look of the robe. It’s soft and not too heavy. The problem I have is that it is extremely hard to get it zipped and unzipped. It shouldn’t give me that much trouble. The sides don’t connect easily and get stuck in the bottom position. I usually wear it open because I get hot, but I would have returned it due to the hassle if I wanted to wear it zipped daily. I had been looking for a robe for a long time. I had a few in the closet. One was fuzzy and heavyweight plus it closed using a matching belt. Another was lightweight with a matching belt. I hated them both. This zipper robe combines the best of all worlds! It's just the right weight and the zipper closing is so convenient. No fumbling with clumsy belts which do not stay closed anyway! Size: Xl Weight: 220lb. Height: 5'3" I bought it to use it to get out the hospital after having a major surgery. The idea of the front zipper sounded good because it would be an easy option for nurses to handle IV's and other "cables" on my way out, and also at home, giving me the freedom of not moving my body too much. However, I only used it once because when I was sitting down or reclining, the same zipper became a hurting in the stitches area (front of my body). The zipper is too wide and thick that makes the robe uncomfortable in any position other than standing. However, fabric is soft, I loved the color and the length and fitting was perfect. Read more
