Assembly took me about 15 minutes, and everything fit perfectly. I was worried about my impression when I first opened the box, it seemed like there were a million and one pieces making for a potential assembly nightmare. That was far from the truth. The chair itself is solid and sturdy. This chair easily feels like something that should cost much more. Feature-wise, this chair checks every box for me: a fold-out footrest, a fully adjustable headrest, adjustable lumbar support, a breathable mesh seat, and a three-position reclining lock. This chair is the absolute BEST! I looks exactly as pictured, easy to assemble, and feels fantastic. I am very pleased with the quality, look, and feel. They did not cut corners. The foot rest is a nice touch, but don't really need it. As soon as I sit down, I feel instant relief on my lower back. It is very adaptable to my sitting habits and adjustable to my comfort level. The orange is exactly as pictured. It is a pricy chair, but so worth the money. They also sent this seat cushion as a bonus, which makes it even more comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend this purchase. This is easily a $500+ chair. I've been stressing out over which one to buy due to how many are available. I spent 2+ weeks going through them all. I purchased two others by COLAMY thinking they would be competitive versions and they are not even of the same level. After getting this ELABEST, I returned the other two COLAMY chairs. First, the packaging was amazing and impressive. Top quality and clearly they wanted no damage to occur in shipping. The build quality is very, very good. I had no issues at all putting it together in about 20 minutes. I thought the wheel base would be wobbly due to how it goes together, but it is rock-solid. The piston on this chair travels nearly twice as high as others. This chair has everything I was looking for; the folding foot rest, a headrest fully adjustable in all directions, a fully adjustable lumbar support, a mesh seat for comfort, and a full 3-position locking reclining mechanism. The foot-rest is very comfortable due to the curved mesh pad and lays perfectly below my lower calves above the heel. The arm rests could be a bit more adjustable in height and it's a bit awkward raising them due to how far back the button is and the 45 degree sliding angle design, but they do lock in the position I want them and are perfect for me. I'm 225 lbs, 5'10", had major neck surgery and have extensive arthritis throughout my upper and lower spine and this chair is very comfortable spending 10+ hours in it each day and fits me perfectly using the red-position bolt locations for my height. Just assembled the chair. I'll update if there are any problems. So far I can't say enough about the packing, labeling and instructions. The chair itself is amazingly comfortable. This feels like the premium chairs we pay $600 - $800 for at work. I was very surprised. I buy a new **** chair for my wife every year. Doesn't seem to matter how much I spend, the things just dont last. She came to me with this one and I bought it thinking it would be another waste of money, but if it makes her happy I'm happy to oblige. It looks like she picked a winner (no surprise as I've been the one picking up until now). The packing is phenomenal. I don't see anything happening to this chair in transit unless it gets crushed. Keep the box for all the wrapping material, you'll need it. Labeling and instructions are excellent. Anyone who can turn the supplied wrench and read English can put this together. The instructions are well written, and the pictures are detailed and easy to understand. The instruction manual (yes I'd call it a manual) is printed on premium paper and everything. The screws, tool and pieces are all well labeled and they don't just send you some little Allen wrench that will hurt your fingers, this is an Allen wrench with an ergonomic handle on it. All together I'd say this is a premium product at a great price. The chair is steady, comfortable, easy to assemble and darn near infinitly adjustable. If you're on the fence, get it.
