I can't speak to durability yet, but the immediate difference in pain relief has made me buy a second set of these already. The little pad that presses on the tendon is set north to south, unlike the east to west type that every other brand I've tried has had. This is genius! You have more of the therapeutic pressure along the tendon itself, where you need it most. This brace also lies flat instead of sticking out, so it doesn't catch on your clothes. The only caveat is this: the excess Velcro is large, scratchy and uncomfortable. The good news is that you can fix this in 30 seconds with a sharp pair of scissors. Get it fitted and wear it for a little bit to make sure you've adjusted it to where you need it. Slide it off, keeping the Velcro closed. Trim all but about 2 inches of the excess Velcro, and round off the edges so it stays well within the border seams of the brace. You'll see what I mean. If you slide it on and off, you won't wear out the Velcro. I've had zero issues since doing that. This brace is also less sweaty than the half dozen other ones I have. The neoprene is soft and feels firm without being restrictive. I was at my wit's end with my tendonitis pain. I'd taken to wearing a brace above my elbow and below! I'm maxed out on OTC NSAIDS and don't want anything stronger, so the pain has been fierce. This brace, with its "other way around" pressure pad, alleviated it within about 2 minutes. I paid full price for both sets of these braces and wasn't compensated in any way. I am just so thankful for the pain relief and restored mobility that I must share this with you all. Read more
The fabric is good quality and the Velcro is strong. I have been having pain in my elbow so after some research, I ordered these. I am very glad I did because after a week of wear, the pain is minimal. I would definitely recommend this product. Read more

Lots of choices out there. I got similar wrist supports, so I decided to try these. Price was certainly very good. They are simple to use and do the job in helping with elbow pain, when I weight lift. I keep mine closed up and just pull them on. Read more
Nice brace for the price. Fits well and helps support my forearm/elbow for my tennis elbow issue. Only problem is that the velcro gets weakened/loose fairly quick. I bought this recent in early February and its already loosening up about 6 weeks later. This is my second pair after i had the same issue with a previous pair I bought months back. I think im going to have to toss this pair soon as well. Read more
