I have used this shaver three times now. It is easy to hold and cuts real close. Honestly I don't know why any mostly bald man would go to the trouble of using cream and a razor when this tool is available. It is much faster, cleaner and safer - with the same look the traditional razored head. The head collects the cut hair for easy disposal and a quick rinse in the sink leaves the razor clean. I got this item and other than having almost a full 90-minute charge out of the box: I got to using this thing right away! It trimmed my nearly one week's worth of hair on my noggin with no problem and only used about 10-15 mins of running time off the razor itself. This runs quick and smooth. Then the only problem was opening the separate trim heads to clean. You have to squeeze each of the outer heads separately and the middle head just stays put. This thing is amazing and for the price around $29 US dollars is hands-down amazing. Sorry Freedom Grooming!!! So happy with this purchase and comes with various attachments and even a small handy cleaning brush to clean the hair clippings. Fits in your hand so nicely and it also charges very fast. The only thing that would be nice to have is a small protective zipper pouch for storage or travel - but this can easily fit in any shower travel pouch with no problem. I had my hair cut short before I came in the hospital, so it would be easier to shave my head once my hair started to fall out from the Stem Cell Transplant. It worked fine on the first third of my head, no pulling and it cut close and consistent. But the more of my head that I shaved, it quit working so great. It just didn't want to cut anymore. So I ended up with gappy and uneven hair. It also started pulling, which was very uncomfortable. I tried different attachments and none of them really worked. I took it apart several times to clean it as well and nothing that I tried worked Thank goodness I brought headcovers and hats to cover my head, I look like a survivor from an apocalyptic maelstrom. May work for an already clean shaven head, but not on one with hair. Read more
I received this item about the first week of October 2025. By December 2025, the unit would no longer charge with the provided charging cable or any other cable I own. I have never connected the shaver to a high power charger, per the manufacturers instruction. If I hold the cable in just such a way I can get it to start charging, but usually only for a few seconds. So I think the failure point is the charging port itself. While in my possession, the unit was never dropped or took any other kind of abuse. So I don't understand how the charging port could have failed so quickly. While it worked, it worked well enough. I might have liked a closer shave, but I was happy enough with it. But 2 months later, it's just a paper weight. You get what you pay for, I guess. You may have better luck than me and get a better unit, but as of 1/4/2026, I can't recommend this product. Read more

I was in between a size 1 and bald for a while. I was not willing to go to the haircut shop more than once a month, so I purchased this razor and I haven't looked back. I shave once a week, with no issues. I recharge about every sixth haircut. Easy cleanup, removal and display shows me how long I have being shaving and how many minutes are left before recharge. Razor feels great in hands and I am now rarely asking my wife or daughter if I missed anything in the back. And yes you can buy replacement razors as well.
