I don't travel a whole lot but I'll do full day trips occasionally and by the evening, I'm scruffier than I'd like. This is a great, inexpensive option that I won't worry about dropping in a bag or leaving in my pickup for long periods of time. I love the USB-C charger, which means that I don't need a proprietary plug (so annoying!) and the battery has been sufficient. Though, even if the battery life were miserable, I'm surrounded by Type C plugs, so it wouldn't be an issue. My main razor is a rotary razor and the last foil shaver I had was very, very loud, it sounded like it was a bad sound effect of someone eating quickly. This one is quieter and comfortable. I also have weird skin that breaks out into short-term rashes quite easily and other than the normal welting I get just from touching my skin, this doesn't cause any issues. I've already dropped it once because the outside is pretty slick and it doesn't show any signs of damage, so I'm guessing it's pretty durable. My biggest concern is that the controls to turn it on and off are not only the least-intuitive option I could think of, I also accidentally turn of sometimes when I'm using it. In the attached picture, where my thumb is, you need to swipe right to turn it on. Like a phone or something! It is either fully on or fully off for me but the control makes it seem like you're supposed to be able to control the intensity of the shave. But since that's where my thumb naturally sits when I'm shaving, so I've accidentally turned it off a few times. And I felt really dumb when I first got it and was completely unable to figure out how to turn it on. Despite that oddity, it's compact, inexpensive, effective, and durable, so I'd recommend it for anyone that needs a small travel option. Read more

This shaver did not work well for my husband. He said it pulled too much on his facial hair and did not fit his face well, as far as contouring. I do like the rechargeable aspect. I’ll give it to another one of my menfolk to try and update my review later. Read more

I really prefer shaving with a blade over an electric razor, but I hate having to travel with shaving cream and my blade. So I ordered this to use when I travel as it's small and easy to pack for short trips. It is really solidly made and seems like it's really good quality that should last a while. The cap (which is not shown in the images) stays on well and the actual foil / blades are held it place magnetically so they are easy to remove and clean. It does shave really well and didn't irritate my skin. The on / off is a bar you slide your finger across to turn it on and off. I was concerned it might accidentally turn off while I was using it, or turn on in my bag, but the cap covers the switch so you can't turn it on accidentally, and so far I haven't turned it off while using it. My only real complaint with this shaver is that it doesn't have a built in side burn trimmer like my old one, which was admittedly a lot larger. But for short trips, I really don't miss the side burn trimmer much. Overall, this seems like it's a good value for a nice sized, easy to use, travel shaver that I can recommend, particularly at this price point. Read more

My husband is really enjoying this product. He hates shaving regularly and usually maintains a bit of scruff. Occasionally, he wants to look nicer for meetings so will be forced to shave. He now uses this for quick touch ups to allow him to look presentable. He says it doesn’t get the smoothest shave, so if you’re looking for a really clean cut look, this isn’t the best option. For time saving and ease, this is really great. He has never been a fan of electric shavers as he finds they often pull his hairs, but he hasn’t had a problem with this at all. We have charged it once and he hasn’t had to charge it again yet, so it seems the battery lasts a good while. The functions are very easy to use, and it’s really easy to figure out. He has only used it dry, so I don’t really have any information on how it holds up if used wet. It does seem pretty well built and durable. Overall, for the price, this is a great value, as other electric shavers can go for 5x this one. Read more

This is a great shaver! It’s easy to hold and use. It’s easy to charge. The charge lasts a long time. I like that it has a fun, swipey motion to turn it on and off. I am super impressed with this razor! It works well on both legs and faces. We haven’t tried it on very thick hair, but it works amazing on thin to medium hair thickness, even if there’s a lot of it. It can take quite a few passes if there is a lot of hair, yet it leaves the skin smooth and clean shaven! I love that there’s absolutely no pinching! There’s no redness, dryness, or scratching. It just does a fantastic job! It comes apart for easy cleaning. The head attaches magnetically, so it’s really simple to get it on and off.
