Difficult to clean and poor customer service.

I had a different brand head shaver which served me well, but I decided to try the Aidalls-Wellup. I purchased this shaver and was pleased with its performance. I went online to view a video about cleaning the shaver head. It was similar to the previous shaver. I attempted to follow the instructions. However, when I went to open the shaving head to clean the individual blades, the cover did not open and had to force it open and it broke off. I attempted to contact AW at the phone number in the user manual and got a message that the person was not available and to try again later which I did. Same robe-message. Couldn't talk to anyone. I could order a new shaving head for $16.99 through Amazon. However, I did NOT get a "swift and satisfactory solution" as stated in the user manual. I would not recommend this shaver because of the above problem and experience. There is no "ease of cleaning". Read more
