Update #2: 4/5 stars I contacted the seller about the faulty cord. Long story short, they sent me a new drill set, but the cord had the same problem. Based on my feedback, they identified a need to change how the wires within the cables are made. While I had to wait several weeks, they then sent me two new COILED cables from China. They’re black and don’t match, but who cares bc they work perfectly! It was an overall a long process, but I really appreciate how responsive and reliable the seller is. Giving them a 4/5 now bc 1) excellent customer service and 2) I’m hoping and assuming that new drill sets will have the upgraded cable which should stand the test of time. Update #1: 1/5 stars DO NOT BUY! I’d give this product zero stars if I could. THE CORD CONNECTING THE HANDLE TO THE DRILL IS BAD QUALITY. I’ve now gone through 2 drills and cord stopped working with minimal use - after about 3 uses (45 days) and after 1 use (20 days). At first, the drill would stop working intermittently, depending on the cord position. If I moved/bent the cord in a different direction, the drill would restart. Then, the cord stopped working altogether, irrespective of what I did with the cord. The product was replaced by the seller after the first time but broke down again. It’s ridiculous! What a waste because the majority of the parts are fine except for one lousy cord. In reviewing the product specs, I can’t identify what the cord type is so that I can order it separately (because the one that comes with the drill is clearly total garbage). Old review: Look/design - Color is nice. I don't like the design of the drill itself and unfortunately I've noticed most others are designed the same way. The metal is slippery and there's no good grip. Also, the size is just off. Not thin like a pencil but not thick enough to comfortably fit in one's hands. It's like a weird in-between size that slips or makes your hand cramp after a while. If I wrap a gauze or tissue paper where the grip ought to be, it is a) easier to hold without slipping, and b) is more comfortable. But I shouldn't have to do that... Drill speed (rpm) - The drill setting shows up digitally on the screen, so that's nice. But the dial for the drill speed easily rotates without a discernible click/stop, so it's very "fluid" and easy to over-rotate. Size - not to big or heavy. Size of a pro max iPhone (ish), so could easily travel with it. Battery life/charging - Battery lasts a decent amount of time, though I haven't used it at high settings or for extensive periods. Charger cable included, but you need your own adapter (just like apple products and their iPhone adapter). Overall - All in all, drill is fine. Don't love it, but also don't hate it. Amazon appears to have comparable items for less, though the rpm's and longevity of the drill are up for debate. Read more

The media could not be loaded. SUPER EASY MANUAL! It was a no brainer to use, I used the machine at 10rpm to file down my kids nails with the fine band also used for filing down my toe nails smoothly!! There's machine does go up to 40rpm There's an unlock and lock twist mechanism to swap out the bits. I can't wait to use for clients next month as I won't have to be connected to the wall all the time!! It came with an acrylic bit to remove top layer of acrylic (not shown but did amazingly and was cleanable with bristle cleaner as well as barbicide) it came with a charger cord which is always handy and it's quiet compared to my melodie susie brand. I am amazed at the quality and functionality of this nail drill. It has a clip for easy placement on nail brush cup or a rim edge to hold in place. It came with plenty of spare drill bits bands. The material made handling the machine nice because it didn't slip in my bare hands or gloved hand. I would say this just became my most prized tool in my inventory! It can be used for all types of nails. The likely possibility I'd drop this is great but because I have and it still functions like new the durability to the wand and machine are great. Read more
