I have had 4 scooters in my life. By far this is the best one i ever had. And i believe the best one out there. Im obsessed with my new ride, fast as hell. Get gear, just incase. Well built, tough, rough stuff. The lights blow me away. So many people are in awe when they see it at night all lite up. Adjustable handlebars not many out there with that. Charges fast and lasts long. Another great feature that sold me. Security features, you can use key fob. Or make up pass code that you put in on a big screen that has all kinds of great stuff on there. I haven't found one negative thing about this scooter. But the best feature, the reason i picked this scooter is. There CUSTOMER SERVICE, JK, i picked it because of all the cool and great stuff i just told you about. Its a bad ass scooter. Now i did i 2 problems when scooter arrived. The one had nothing to do with the company that made the scooter. But the company/customer service told me they would make it right. The 2nd thing was the scooter wouldn't charge. And i was pretty upset. I had a lot of stuff going on in my life on top of this and wanted no parts of it. But the person from customer service was awesome, and i mean pretty awesome. Told me to relax it would be handle if not they would send me a new one if it couldn't be figured out. Plus he was very understanding of tge problems outside of tge scooter thingy i was having. He stayed in touch with me. Respond almost immediately and after a few emails and going into the computer and putting some codes in. Here it was set on the wrong one. And problem went away and i had the perfect scooter. The scooter is high quality out the box, just needs adjustment to the brakes to feel tighter, which can be fixed cheap at a local repair shop, Iโd highly recommend spraying Flex seal in the entry points of the wiring to prevent water damage ๐ฆ to the electrical components! The manual it comes with has a translation that doesnt make sense for the most part, other than that the scooter ๐ด is a real blast to enjoy, especially full speed in sport mode on third gear, just donโt expect a ton of mileage on full speed, battery ๐ชซ drains fast on that mode! Damn this thing is fast. Packaging came neatly along with some extra gifts(security chain, bag,phone holder, air pump) the gifts were pretty cheap quality but hey it's the thought that counts right? More importantly, the scooter is really good quality (Ive had the ausom gallop, gotrax raptor, etc) and it seems to be on part with these bigger brands but the power is much much better. The only thing I dont like is the setup instructions, and the app instructions, and most of all i hate twist throttles. Other than that its a solid scooter and bang for your buck. I recommend it so far but now I just have to see the durability aspect. Its the first scooter that kinda scared me. Oh and the instructions for the steering damper was pretty crappy too.
