I’ve had it now for well over a year, and I have to say it is excellent. While I bought it for travel, I find I also started using it at home (we have a Toto bidet in our primary bathroom, but sometimes that is occupied by my wife, so this lives in the spare when not traveling). What I like about it, the clever design means it is both small for travel, but also easy to use and aim. You can carry water in it, and still have it be compact. The swing out spray works as a safety so that the unit only enables the buttons when the stick has been properly extended more than 45 degrees. The extension stick supports many angles, make it easy to reach where you need to clean even on the smallest of toilets (something I’m not sure you can do with larger bottle units). The capacity is pretty good, but it may pay to have an extra water bottle around to refill the unit without getting up in case you had forgotten to fill it all the way up. I have owned this particular electric bidet for nearly a year now. It has been a quality product and I have used it extensively while in the office as well as during my leisure and work related trips being away from home. The size of the bidet is perfect and the weight is not too heavy considering it has a powerful built-in pump which delivers a sufficiently strong stream of water. The bidet has two flow intensity settings depending on the user's preference. The battery life has been great all this time I have owned the product, and I don't even recall having to recharge it that often. Additionally, I wanted to mention the customer support and how helpful they have been when I had an issue with the bidet. They responded almost immediately and sought to answer my questions and review the issue in detail by requesting to send them a video and a detailed description of the issue. I’ve purchased two of these travel bidets. The design is excellent. It is quiet, attractive, compact, yet holds plenty of water. It has a small footprint on the bathroom counter, it is easy to pack for travel, or for shorter trips, just fill it at home and take it with you. The two pressure settings are comfortable and do a very good job. One bidet started to fail about nine months after purchase. After contacting the company, Redsack, a replacement came quickly in the mail at no charge. So not only excellent design, but excellent product support as well. I highly recommend this product. Once you go down the bidet route, you don't go back. I'm traveling a bunch over the next few months and the idea of wiping myself with toilet paper just feels horrible, so I purchased a few travel bidets off Amazon. I only wanted models with USB-C charging. This was the first one I tested and so far it's great. The first experience was a total mess, but on the second go I had it down to a science and loved it. The "wiping test" confirmed it's working great. I'm bringing this baby with me to Thailand and the Caribbean - happy to cut down on TP uses but also having a nice clean butt feels great. I'm bringing this with me even during day trips in my satchel ! So portable, it has a cute little carrying case, and it automatically turns on when you pull out the spray. Loving this so far! UPDATE: I had to drop my review to 4 stars because about 3 months in and my little portable bidet is having an issue: once I turn it on and start using it, it never turns off anymore. So I'll use it once and not touch it again for days sometimes, and then it's dead. I have to recharge it again. This started happening after about 3 months. I would love to contact Redsack to get support for what to do about this, but I can't find any support information, or web site, or really anything. I love Bidets and I have many types, almost any type you find on Amazon I have tried. this one beats them all. It is portable, nice looking, easy to handle, very functional. But most important, its motor has good power and great stream flow. I have two and I carry one in my backpack to work and outdoor all the time. Probably the most disadvantage is that it cannot connect to any external bottles. It comes with its build in water container. On occasions I have to fill it up twice to get the job done. After 1.5 years, it is still working vs. some of my other bidets quit long ago... Read more
