It dosen't beat eggs

This arrived two weeks early in an unpadded bag from China & the box it was in was in "beat to h***" shape, but the mixer was in fine. All the info on the box was in English, but the directions were in Asian logograph figures, attached, and I'm an English only guy. I got this to beat eggs & followed the directions in the Amazon listing. Two eggs & even tho I broke the yokes and let it run for an extended time, it did a very poor job. I don't do rice, so I can't say how good it is at rice washing. It appeared to do a good job of swirling water, so it may do a good job of rice washing. Not Recommended for beating eggs. Read more
