Broke a few days before the 30days, couldn't get a hold of the seller. Then it passed the 30days warranty. Not covered for a new one. Error code17, not sure what that means. Tried looking it up. Can't find anyone that would or could work on it. Grandson very sad. Read more

Scooter arrived very quickly. Very nicely packaged, and very easy to assemble in a couple minutes. The scooter is very sturdy and has a lot of torque. We used them on vacation at the beach and they made it easy running about on the island. Very durable, and holds my 230lb weight fine. Will go up to 19mph on flat roads, but will slow down up steep hills when heavily loaded. Kids and Adults will love this. Great and easy to use App. Read more

Rides like you're on ice and bumpy. I'm returning it. Not smooth ride like my hover. Full charge only went 8 miles and battery died. No way can you get 19 miles on full charge. Update: I have been trying this scooter again. The previous one i hit a bump and the safety fall feature came on and wouldn't go off and i couldnt connect it to the app. When I was on this new one 2 weeks ago it wouldnt go forward or move at all. So I connected it to the app. After I did that I havent had any issues and it goes 30 mph. I still cant get 19 miles on full charge. My daughter school is 1.3 miles from our home I can take her to school come home and go back to get her and by the time we return its almost dead battery. I ride on S which is highest setting but if I ride Eco I may be able to get 19 miles on full charge because it preserves battery. I will test and see then update this review. I think these are good for students to get home faster. Read more
