Supper easy to assemble. It's made by good materials, a little bit heavy for kids maybe but very good for adults. Test driving gave a quiet and smooth experience. It can cross a small bump in the community without any issue. you can easily turn the light on when it's getting dark. for me, it's a 5-star product. didn't fully test the charging and electric consuming, but seems like consuming acceptable slowly and fully charging time is not very long. These scooters do hit 20 mph, and I have ridden them up to 23 miles on a single charge, which honestly exceeded my expectations for the price. Power and range have been solid so far. I am curious to see how the batteries hold their charge over time, but early performance has been very good. The only issue I have not been able to figure out is the app. The scooter clearly has Bluetooth since the indicator light comes on briefly when powering up, but I cannot find the app to connect my phone. I would really like the ability to lock the scooter while parking at stores to prevent anyone from riding off with it. This scooter is super fast, 1 star just for that. The distance it gets is not as advertised, it gets about 14 miles before it dies. I have a scooter with the same specs (500w, 25 mile range) sit down that goes way longer on one charge. When this scooter is dying, my scooter is still at half charge. Super disappointed, I tried to reach out to the seller to get a replacement or assistance but it wasn't an option. The only option was to get it refunded and return it. This scooter is fun to ride and zips pretty fast, just not the distance it advertises and awful breaks. The breaks went out after riding it 4 times. Even on low speed it didn't get over 14 miles and my husband isn't a big guy so weight isn't an issue. Super disappointed, definitely returned. Read more
