I’ll start with I’m a big guy. I’m 6’4” and 300 lbs. this scooter is awesome. The motor has more than enough power to get up hills and absolutely get flying when on flat ground. The suspension is a game changer. Makes the ride soo smooth. I had to get customer support for a faulty battery. It they assisted me with diagnosing the problem.
