First off. Shipping and tracking was no joke. No funny business. No text your address is wrong. Fast ship and good tracking. Arrived a day early. Packaged VERY good! FX handled the shipment and did good. Box was unmolested. Factory does A++ job packing. I did have a scratch on handle bars but that's it. Note this thing is HEAVY. In quick order you can get the handlebars on and roll it outside. Instructions are clear. I opted to take the seat platform off I'm not using it that way. But seat seemed sturdy. I did have low front tire. Pumped it up. Checked brakes. Functions and all bolts. It was 80% charged. Took it for a 15 mile ride. To say the least quite impressive. I weigh in at 265 this ZSNAKE took hills with no problems. Controls were easy and intuitive even under way. I hit 40. Stopping with hydrualic discs from speed was perfect. That's not all it had. (40) I tried several terrains. Lawns, gravel. Mud, paved roads. Trails. Nothing stopped it. It's very sure footed with good traction rubber tires not cheap plasticy ones. ZSNAKE was set up right, out of the box. Great suspension and ride. First scooter I can ride easily one hand while I adjust glasses say hi or signal turn. It's very in control. No whobble front end. Plenty of lights and visibility. Needs a rear view mirror. Very good to buy from ZSNAKE they seem to have service after the sale and long after warranty is up. Parts support. Video review in days. This Scooter is Absolutely Awesome! I had some bad luck - but if you don't have the issues I've had, this is a perfect Scooter! My Scooter arrived leaking hydraulic brake fluid from the front brake. It damaged the brake sensor. The front tire & motor was not mounted evenly on the front axel, so they compromised the situation by adding 8 washers between the front wheel & lug nut! I reached out to Customer Service - they sent me replacement brake sensors and a credit for $50. The Scooter: Fast. Reliable, Long Battery Life. The ride is smooth, great suspension. You can go 55 MPH. The lights at night are so awesome! The headlight is bright, there are turn signals, and front column and side platform rainbow patterned strobe LED lights that turn on with the headlights. This Scooter easily traverses thru gravel, dirt, rocks, mud and grass. I mostly ride on blacktop roads and crushed limestone gravel bike trails. Highly recommend. Great customer service. Excellent scooter way beyond my expectations. Bought a scooter earlier during this summer beginning of June and was not happy I saw the z snake and wanted that from the beginning but I went cheaper thinking it would be fine and I should have went with my first instincts because I love the z-snake es 39 wicked awesome bike I take excellent care of it keep it clean the motor which means obviously inside the wheels even on the side where the brakes are keep the brakes clean the whole bike I microfiber it down every night and a wet cloth to anything that needs it where dirt last week could have came up cuz I like to avoid dirt mud puddles rain because I like my stuff in pristine condition all the time just a few small minor things here and there but so far so good. I can definitely update later on I've received this bike the beginning of September I think September 1st and I have 260 miles on it I write it locally it's perfect so you don't have to burn gas or wear and tear on your car it's absolutely awesome I definitely recommend it again so far we'll see how it goes with customer service and the bike itself it should last a long time the way I take care of it so and again it holds 330 lb I only weigh 200 and I have two bags on it so even with the chain and other things I might carry like a backpack with stuff in it if I'm going somewhere I know I need it maybe an extra 30 lb Max like that's the complete Max so that's still a hundred pounds not accounted for that I can still put on there and I don't so hopefully everything goes perfect again I will definitely update I've had it for a little over a month I will let everybody know so new buyers are looking for something like this and buy it. Less than 2 weeks. This things front brake flopped out. Had to tighten Allllll the bolts. Not even 2 weeks and its shaking and wobbling like its going to break apart. They made me pay 217 dollars to ship this defective crap back to them. Asked for help on the labels, all I get is we will replace your brakes. Thanks guys. loved the scoot, handled well, lots of low end tork in single, fast, til i hit about 500 miles, then it lost about half its tork & power. Customer service spent several emails asking questions and asking for videos, then went silent for weeks, no response to further messages, so now this sits in a corner, a expensive pile of junk, waiting for tek support to get back to me, kinda lost hope though, its been weeks since the last response from them telling me how they were gonna get it fixed.
