The scooter seems to be well made and sturdy. We had some issues getting it to power up because we missed connecting the wiring harness but after emailing the company's customer service it is now working properly. Customer service was very prompt and very helpful. Read more
This for the A11Pro. It's heavier than 28 lbs advertised. 36.6 lbs by my estimate. The scooter arrived damaged. The back fender was bent against the tire and one of the blinker lenses broken. Those were fixable but the weight was a key factor my scooter selection. Side lighting pictured red in the ad is instead flashing green lights that are overly bright. Maybe get used to but theres no option to turn off or change color or dim it. There is also no cruise control or way to lock it electronically. Even via the app... would be my complaints. Otherwise it's a very nice scooter mechanically. I took it around the block and it zipped up to 23 mph and the blinkers are great. Loud beeper I wasn't sure loved but you wouldnt leave on by mistake. I like that the blinker buttons are left and right instead of stacked. But then I picked it up realized how heavy it is. For me. 36 compared to 28. If you need long range scooter and dont need to carry it much than this might be for you. Also note for anyone else unboxing this scooter needs to be UNplugged to power up. Doesn't really say that in the instructions. Return so far has been difficult sending to 3rd party seller that did not provide pre paid return label so for now I'm also out $60 to send it back. 42 lbs. I'm grateful for Amazon a-z. Read more
The media could not be loaded. I was looking for something for my husband that would help him get to work avoiding traffic and getting around quickly and easily. We really like it; it's clearly very well-built, has a modern and elegant design, is lightweight, and very easy to fold. So far, the battery life has been excellent. I've been able to use it for several days on relatively long commutes before needing to recharge. It has great speeds; three of them are controlled directly on the scooter, but you can adjust it up to 45 miles per hour from the app. The speed is truly ideal: fast yet stable and, above all, safe. The brakes respond very well, and the lights included with the scooter are a great help at night. Overall, it's a scooter with an excellent price-quality ratio. It's the best option for people looking for a practical and safe way to get around, especially those who want to avoid traffic and enjoy the outdoors. Read more
The media could not be loaded. Just got the scooter as a gift — actually two of them — and both have issues. For the first scooter, it does not close correctly when folded. It doesn’t snap into place, and when it does, it releases itself if you lift or move it. The battery life also isn’t great; I rode it for roughly 30 minutes and it was already about to die. This scooter is fine for a quick errand or going somewhere close to home, but I wouldn’t recommend taking it anywhere that doesn’t have easy access to a charger. Turning the scooter while walking it also isn’t smooth — it moves best in a straight line. It’s heavy, but that was expected. The app isn’t bad, but I was expecting an app specifically designed for the scooter, so my expectations weren’t fully met. Speed-wise, it goes fast and is fun, but there are too many drawbacks. As for the second scooter, it broke on the second ride. I was going about 10 MPH and the handle and pole bent while riding. Luckily I caught myself before falling. When I stopped and inspected it, I noticed a metal piece (which I assume keeps the pole locked in place) had broken off inside, and I was holding it in my hand. This was only my second time using the scooter — the locking lever was engaged — and my first ride was just a quick lap around the block. Please consider prioritizing quality over quantity. The price may seem reasonable, but I would rather spend a little extra money and have no complaints than save a few dollars and end up writing a long, disappointing review. The scooter itself is cool. My son loves it but the battery is trash. He rode it to school which is 20 minutes away (probably less because he doesn’t have to wait for traffic lights) and it was drained to 22%. Unacceptable! He loves it or I would’ve returned it. Update: changing to 1 star a month later.... we've had the scooter for almost 2 months. It cut off on him and wouldn't cut back on. He had to let it sit then charge it again. Yes it was fully charged when he started riding it. This happened twice so far. Won't purchase anymore of this brand. Read more
What can I say it's okay for the price yet really depends on the road conditions the battery is kinda bad if you go full sport mode the battery drains fast in normal is okay and in eco mode welp it's alright if your wanna go in longer trips or rides with this I recommend save for a better one with more miles built in suspension and better wheels Read more
It is easy to set up and fun to ride, however the app is confusing and I wish I can control the lighting effects. Other than that I can’t complain. I love it! Read more
