I really like that it’s not too fast, which is safe for our younger kids, but still quick enough for us to have fun together. The kids ride this one while we use our faster adult scooters, and it keeps up just fine. The scooter feels very sturdy. I’m 5'6" and around 140 lbs, and it rides smoothly for me. Even my husband (6'5", 240 lbs) tested it out and had no problem! Setup was super fast, it came almost fully assembled. My kids asked me immediately to put this together. Took me 5 minutes tops and they loved the lights. It is powerful and can go 12mph. It arrived quickly and secured and was easy set up. Ordered this scooter for my grandkids birthday present. The scooter arrived with a battery issue from start. Also should mention to potential buyers that the on/off switch is a poor design. It is a push design that is very difficult to operate. My grandkids cannot turn on or off the scooter. I thought the seller should at least replace the scooter but have yet to resolve anything with the seller. I do not recommend this product. There are better scooter options available. The media could not be loaded. We gave this scooter to our 7 year old daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves it, especially the lights and the speed! From a parent’s perspective, it was great that there was basically no setup at all! Just charge the battery and it’s ready to ride. The build feels solid, and the dual brakes give real peace of mind. Which it’s actually a tri-brake (electric front wheel, hand cable to rear rotor brake, and the rear foot brake) Especially because my daughter’s hands are a little too small to reach the hand brake. One friendly reminder for anyone saying it “doesn’t work”: this scooter has a non-zero start. You have to push off and get it rolling first, then press the throttle for the motor to kick in. I bought this scooter for my kids to play in the summer since they are off drom School. They are very excited and play with it almost everyday in the drive way. Even my husband thought it so fun. It take maybe 3 hours to full charge but it last more then a week dor sure. The speed is now so fast which I like for the kids safety . In my opinion , 8+ of age can ride it easily .
